JIANNI KOUTSOS - Owner

Before entering the cycling industry ten years ago, Jianni was no stranger to the world of athletics. A professional athlete for ten years, he has competed in seventeen Ironman events around the world. Having spent much of his life compiling knowledge about triathlon and cycling, Jianni has taken the bike shop template and transformed it into something more. iBike is premised on the philosophy that cycling is a lifestyle, and fitness is a formula for personal and social wellness.

CRAIG BALDWIN - Fit Specialist

Craig has been riding bikes since he was four years old and has been involved in the cycling industry since age fourteen, starting out as a mechanic. Craig has worked in bike shops in several countries including one of the world’s lead bike fit specialists, Cyclefit, London. Craig made his move to Auckland in early 2008 and now runs the iBike fit studio. Craig has used his experience to create his own unique fitting system, which includes the use of a bike fit jig, laser alignment and a vast array of measuring tools.

DARRYL CAREY - Mechanic

Darryl has been in New Zealand for nearly five years. During this time he has become know as one of the country's top bicycle mechanics.  Darryl is also a photographer for sporting events both local and overseas. His images appear regularly in sports magazines internationally.
